Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

GetItIn is for adults 18 and older only. By using GetItIn, you confirm you’re at least 18. We don’t knowingly permit anyone younger to use the service.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure. One account per person. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

GetItIn is for tracking your own consensual activity. You agree not to:

  • Log information about another person without their knowledge, in a way that could identify or harm them.
  • Use another person’s real name, images, or identifying details anywhere in the app.
  • Harass, impersonate, or attempt to identify other users through the Compare feature or otherwise.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract other users’ data.
  • Use the service for anything illegal.

4. Your data

You own the data you log. Using GetItIn, you give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you — calculate your stats, run your score, and, only if you opt in, include limited fields in anonymous, aggregated community statistics. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means. You can export or permanently delete your data anytime from Profile.

5. Not medical advice

GetItIn is a personal tracking and analytics tool. It does not diagnose medical conditions, determine fertility, or diagnose STIs, and community statistics reflect GetItIn users only — they are not medical guidance. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions.

6. Subscriptions

GetItIn is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced later, these terms will be updated first, and pricing/billing terms will be presented before you’re charged anything.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Profile — this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

GetItIn is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, [PLACEHOLDER — operating entity name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
